# Программа для капитанов

Представляем новую программу Капитанов! 

Это возможность для талантливых и целеустремленных членов сообщества заработать немного XMS, а также получить навыки, которые можно передать в ходе наставнических и тренерских сессий с энтузиастами Defi, а также регулярных AMA с командой Mars Ecosystem.

Участникам будет предоставлен список открытых заданий и назначено вознаграждение за их успешное выполнение. Выполнение заданий не является обязательным. Однако, если вы хотите сотрудничать с другими или внести свой вклад в программу другими способами, пожалуйста, не стесняйтесь. 

Участники могут максимизировать свои доходы: 

* Предоставляя высококачественный контент или продвигая этот контент 
* Помогая другим 
* Внося вклад в программу в долгосрочной перспективе 
* Участвуя в мероприятиях, проводимых только капитанами, и получая вознаграждения 
* Используя свой статус VIP или Influencer, чтобы внести вклад в экосистему или программу. 
* Продвижение по карьерной лестнице и участие в соревнованиях, чтобы заработать редкие NFT.
