# Mars エコシステムのガバナンストークンXMSについて

MarsEcosystemにおけるガバナンストークン<img src="/files/gIUakW0qLMMuNKcOHg1B" alt="" data-size="line">XMSには以下のような機能があります:

​✔  **鋳造コントロールメカニズム.** 鋳造は、XMSの時価総額がUSDmの少なくとも2.5倍になるように設定されます。この為例えば、USDmの時価総額が1億ドルの場合、XMSの時価総額は少なくとも2億5000万ドルあることになります。もしXMSの時価総額がそれ以下の場合、USDmの循環供給量は1億ドル以下に調整されます。

この方法は非常に効率が高く、例えば、Maker ProtocolのDAIの時価総額は現在48億ドルに対してガバナンストークンであるMKRの時価総額は37億ドルになっていますが、仮にMaker ProtocolにMars Ecosystemの鋳造コントロールメカニズムを取り入れた場合、48億ドルのDAIに対応するMKRの時価総額は120億ドルとなり、現在の評価額37億ドルと比べて3倍以上に膨らむ計算になります。

​✔  **Mars トレジャリー(財務資産)の適正価値の管理**. XMSの保有者は、ガバナンスの投票を通じて、Mars Treasury内のプロトコルのアップグレードについて投票することができます。なお、プロトコルに対する51%攻撃を防ぐ為には、XMSの時価総額は常にMars Vault内に保有する資産の最低2倍以上を維持する必要があります。例えば、USDmの時価総額が1億ドルで、Mars Treasuryが1億ドルの資産を保有している場合、XMSの時価総額は最低でも2億ドル以上必要になります。もしそれ以下の場合、Mars Treasuryが攻撃される危険性が生じます。

​✔  **Mars DeFiプロトコルで発生する取引手数料.** ユーザーがMars SwapやMars StableSwapなどのMars内 DeFiプロトコルで取引を行うと、取引手数料が発生します。この手数料は、一部は流動性提供者に、一部はプロトコル自体に割り当てられます。また、プロトコルは、XMSの買い戻しや再分配（その他の方法）を通じて、これらの手数料をXMSの出資者に割り当てます。
